Now, there is even an additional outlet for you to catch the new CBS soap opera, Beyond the Gates, but this time in primetime.
The BET cable network will now offer up in primetime the first 10 episodes (as of now) of the series beginning tonight on Monday, March 10th. The encore presentations will be for a limited run. Tonight’s episode will be the series premiere which originally aired and streamed on CBS and Paramount+ back on February 24th.
If you want to check out the Duprees, Richardsons, and their friends and enemies in Fairmont Crest, you can tune-in to BET Monday through Friday at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT, two weeks after the show’s original CBS broadcasts. Additionally, you can catch episodes on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

The BET programming schedule shares on Saturday, March 15, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. ET/PT, you can catch episodes #1 and #2 of Beyond the Gates, and that will be followed by episodes #3 #4 #5 on Sunday, March 16, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. ET/PT. You can catch the full schedule on the BET website here.
It should be noted that BET’s decision to re-broadcast episodes of the new soap demonstrates the show’s cultural significance and its great start. A decision by BET if they might extend showing additional episodes remains to be seen, but definitely the more viewers tuning-in and high interest would keep the cable outlet a solid second-run choice in primetime for the show that currently can be seen via CBS, CBS.com, CBS app, Paramount+ and Pluto TV.
Beyond the Gates was developed by CBS Studios/NAACP Venture in partnership with P&G Studios, a division of Procter & Gamble and airs at 2pm ET/1PM PT on CBS. It is the first network soap opera to launch since 1999 and Passions.
The series features a predominantly Black cast and behind the scenes creatives and department heads. Beyond the Gatesserves up stories surrounding the lives of the Black elite who live in an upscale gated community in the Maryland/Washington D.C. area. At the epicenter of the story, is the influential and wealthy Dupree family, who must navigate the pressures of wealth, status, and social rivalries.

This week, Beyond the Gates continues to introduce us to new characters related to the Duprees and extended their family members on the CBS soap opera daytime drama series.
On the Wednesday, March 12th episode look for Jaden Lucas Miller to make his series debut as Tyrell Richardson, who is one of two adopted teenage children of Smitty (Mike Manning) and his husband, Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon).
Recently, during a conversation between them, Smitty revealed to Martin that Tyrell was going through something, and a bit standoffish and his grade on his recent calculus test wasn’t as good as usual. Will we learn what is happening to their son? Stay tuned.

Jaden Lucas Miller hails from Raleigh, North Carolina and after graduating in 2024 from Cardinal Gibbons High School, he enrolled as a freshman last fall at North Carolina A&T University. However, things changed when the soap opera came calling after he auditioned for the role of Tyrell in November of 2024. In the ironic twist, just as he was taking finals, he got word he would be coming to Atlanta to tape all-new episodes of BTG.
In a post on his Instagram account, Jaden expressed “Welcome to Beyond the Gates, so happy to be part of this historical project.” The young actor also put together a different IG post featuring moments with him and series creator, head writer, showrunner and executive producer, Michelle Val Jean, along with series stars, Tamara Tunie (Anita), Clifton Davis (Vernon), Sean Freeman (Andre) and Kyle Timothy Durrett (Bill), among others.
Knowing what a breakthrough acting opportunity this is for him to be a part of the cast of Beyond the Gates, Miller wrote, “Always believe in yourself no matter what, manifestation is real I’m a living proof. Destiny doesn’t respond to noise it respond to discipline To my team thank you, Gods plan!!!!”
So, are you looking forward to meeting Tyrell, the adopted son of Smitty and Martin, as played by Jaden Lucas Miller this week on Beyond the Gates? Comment below.

Just how far will Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) go in her vendetta against Ted (Maurice Johnson) and Nicole (Daphnee Duplaix)? Well, from the looks of the video teaser for next week, Leslie will go in disguise as a mental patient, who wants to jump off a balcony and end her life; only to be saved by Dr. Dupree Richardson, ace psychiatrist.

In the meantime, Dani (Karla Mosley) is finally brought in to police custody by her daughter’s husband, Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges). Dani is booked for firing shots at the wedding of her ex Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) and Hayley (Marquita Goings), or is she?
